At HE-Reigns Computer Institute, we strive to provide high-quality education and training to our students. However, we understand that sometimes, circumstances may arise that require you to return or seek a refund for your payment. To that end, we have established the following Return and Refund Policy:
Refund Policy:
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our training, you may request a refund within 14 days of your payment. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of payment and a valid reason for your request. Please note that refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval and will be made to the same payment method used for the initial payment. Also, this is subject to our approval, and we reserve the right to deny any such requests.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your enrollment, please notify us as soon as possible. If you cancel your enrollment before the start of your class, we will still not be able to refund your payment in full (40% to us and 60% will be refunded). However, if you cancel after the start of your class, we may not be able to refund your payment.
Rescheduling Policy:
If you need to reschedule your class, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you fail to notify us within this time frame, you may forfeit your payment for that class.
Course Completion Policy:
If you are unable to complete your course due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or relocation, we may allow you to transfer your payment to a future course. However, this is subject to our approval, and we reserve the right to deny any such requests.
